Whether you're training for your first race or aiming to improve your time, Athlete Prep pushes your limits and sharpens your edge—every session is structured, purposeful, and built to deliver results.
Strength-Con
A strength class that offers a dynamic and intense workout focused on building muscular strength, with a specific emphasis on ‘time under tension’ while maintaining proper form and technique. The class will utilize compound movements aimed at effectively engaging multiple muscle groups for maximum muscle development. With a push/ pull split, all levels are welcome as we work each individual to their limits and keep everyone motivated as they work towards their fitness goals.
Com-Con
A high-energy endurance class designed to challenge and improve clients' cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. This dynamic class incorporates a variety of intense circuits, aiming to push individuals to their limits. Drew’s Glute Group is a specialized workout class dedicated to sculpting and strengthening the gluteal muscles for enhanced definition and strength.
